Chocolate salami

Today my baby and I were watching TV and they showed how to prepare salami. He looks at me and says, "Mom why we don’t  prepare salami, chocolate!" Why not is a very simple recipe, I had all the ingredients at home and he can help me. We had fun together not only to prepare but also to clean the bowl. We had to try it or not? Anyway a great success, seeing is believing.

150 grams of biscuits
80 grams of soft butter
60 grams of cocoa powder
100 grams of caster sugar
2 egg yolks
Sassolino a little bit (liquor)
icing sugar

Beat with an electric mixer the butter and sugar, add egg yolks one at a time the egg. Stir in the sifted cocoa, to help put a little 'of Sassolino. At last put in the crushed biscuits coarsely with hands. Take a sheet of aluminum foil and roll the mixture to give a form of salami.Put  into  the fridge at least a couple of hours, serve with a dusting of icing sugar.

If you have children you can not put the Sassolino if you work well with your hands will crush you well anyway.
