continue at the best, as they are a healthy
snack for our children with a huge glass of milk
or a hot cup of tea.
The recipe is coming from my personal taste, after many trials, but I am proud to say they reached the right balance between the chocolate chunk cookies and brownies chocolate. I do not use chocolate chips, but a good quality dark chocolate bar cut in big pieces. Imagine when you give a bit and taste a good piece of chocolate .. yum yum, but let’s take a cup, the kind used for milk and start ..
ingredients:
1 cup and 3/4 of flour
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
150 grams of butter
250 grams of dark chocolate
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
1/2 packet of yeast
preparation:
Combine the flour, baking powder and vanilla, sift and pour in the flour, add sugar to make a hole in the center and put the egg ,on the edges put the salt, butter chunks and chocolate chunks. Knead the compound all over as if it were pastry, form a loaf and put it in refrigerator about 20 minutes. Resume the mixture and form small balls of about 30 g, flatten slightly, although in cooking by themselves will tend to flatten. A baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the cookies well spaced. Bake at 180°C about 10 minutes. Double check the cooking should be golden, but don’t let the biscuits to dry too much.
